• Excellent candidate attraction and talent pooling skills including: Contingent, Search, Retained.
• Willing to challenge the status-quo of the industry and offer innovative solutions.
• Ability to build and develop good client and candidate relationships.
• You should also have a genuine interest in Engineering.
